市場上面的直縫焊管機組將帶鋼送入焊管機,經多道軋(ya)輥滾壓,帶(dai)鋼逐漸卷起,形(xing)成有開口間隙(xi)的圓(yuan)形(xing)管坯,調整擠(ji)壓輥的壓下量(liang),使焊縫(feng)間隙(xi)控制在1~3mm,并使焊口兩端齊平。如(ru)間隙(xi)過大,則(ze)造成鄰近效(xiao)應減少(shao),渦流熱量(liang)不足(zu),焊縫(feng)晶(jing)間接合不良而產生未熔合或(huo)開裂。如(ru)間隙(xi)過小則(ze)造成鄰近效(xiao)應增大,焊接熱量(liang)過大,造成焊縫(feng)燒(shao)損;或(huo)者焊縫(feng)經擠(ji)壓、滾壓后形(xing)成深坑,影響焊縫(feng)表面(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)。
焊管機(ji)的(de)焊接溫度(du)主要受(shou)高頻(pin)(pin)渦(wo)流(liu)熱(re)功率(lv)的(de)影響(xiang),高頻(pin)(pin)渦(wo)流(liu)熱(re)功率(lv)主要受(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)的(de)影響(xiang),渦(wo)流(liu)熱(re)功率(lv)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)激勵頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)的(de)平(ping)方(fang)成正比;而電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)激勵頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)又受(shou)激勵電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)容、電(dian)(dian)(dian)感的(de)影響(xiang)。
直(zhi)縫焊管(guan)機根(gen)據(ju)上述可知,激勵(li)頻率(lv)與激勵(li)回路中的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感平方根(gen)成(cheng)反(fan)比、或者與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)平方根(gen)成(cheng)正比,只要改變(bian)回路中的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流即可改變(bian)激勵(li)頻率(lv)的(de)(de)大小,從(cong)而達到控制焊接(jie)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。對于低碳(tan)鋼,焊接(jie)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控制在1250~1460℃,可滿足管(guan)壁厚3~5mm焊透要求。另(ling)外(wai),焊接(jie)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)亦(yi)可通過調節焊接(jie)速(su)度(du)來實(shi)現。
